At Auto Decode, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Auto Decode account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
